General Manager
Chastity Kelly oversees community operations and serves as the primary liaison between residents, the HOA Board, and the CDD. With more than 30 years of hospitality management experience, she leads with a resident-first approach, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring thoughtful, responsive service throughout the community.
Director of Operations & Events
Christie helps keep our resort-style community running smoothly by supporting daily operations, assisting residents, and coordinating with vendors. As your go-to contact for administrative questions and all community events, she brings a welcoming, service-focused approach to every interaction.
Field Operations Director
Clayton oversees Field Operations, helping keep our resort-style community beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. He leads the team responsible for grounds, facilities, and maintenance, coordinates repairs and vendor services, and serves as your go-to contact for field operations concerns. His focus on safety, care, and attention to detail supports an exceptional resident experience.
Culinary - Chef
Jay brings experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and a passion for creating a more personal dining experience. He oversees all food and beverage outlets in our resort-style community, combining culinary expertise with warm hospitality to make every meal and gathering memorable.
Programs Manager
Sabrena oversees all children’s programs and camps in our resort-style community, creating a welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and build friendships. Her caring approach gives residents peace of mind, knowing their children are in capable, attentive hands.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
